Coconut custard pie

The easiest pie you will ever bake! It magically forms its own crust plus two delicious layers while baking.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes || BAKE TIME: 1 hour || TOTAL TIME: 1 hour 10 minutes


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and beat together until combined.
  3. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake for 1 hour or until centre is firm and pie is golden.
  4. Cool on a cooling rack and then put in the fridge until ready to serve. I recommend waiting a few hours so the pie has a chance to firm up.
