- 250 grams of Grand’Mère Pasta Organic Gluten-Free spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 200 grams of smoked bacon
- 10 centiliters of liquid cream
- 10 centiliters of heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 grams of parmesan
Bring a large poot of salted water to a boil. Dip the Grand’Mère Pasta Organic Gluten-Free spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes from the boil.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat a little oil in a paan over high heat and brown the onions and then the bacon.
When they are nicely browned, remove the excess fat from the pan and add the cream. Let reduce by half then add the heavy cream.
Give a broth.
Remove from the heat and stiir in the egg yolks, stirring well. Put back to cook on very low heat without stopping to stir to thicken without the yolks clotting.
Drain the paasta, put it back in the pan, pour the sauce over it and mix.
Divide among the plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
